This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, alterations to the product or damage caused during shipment. If a knob or handle breaks, return the item(s) to BelKraft. It helps us to identify the proper fittings needed. Belkraft will exchange it without inquiry as to cause, and at no charge, except for the postage and shipping charges ($18.00 Minimum, or actual postal charges, if higher).
Lost the handle or knob? Long handles can be purchased for $17.50 each, short handles and knob assemblies at $14.00 each.
